Designa® Surveys
Designa's® aim is to be recognized as New Zealand's very best importer and distributor of premium Italian tiles. However we do appreciate that our products and service can really only be as good as our customers' consider them to be. With this in mind we have incorporated three short customer surveys into our website. These will allow our customers an opportunity to provide us with frank and honest feed-back regarding our performance. The surveys are totally anonymous and only a summary of results are returned to Designa®. We are committed to using all feed-back to continuously improve in any key areas identified by customers as being important.
The surveys themselves are only very short. Each averages only 5 or 6 questions, and should take approximately 5 minutes to complete. Thank you very much for providing your feed-back. It is greatly appreciated!

Our third survey solicits your feed-back on the performance of tilers or any other tradesman we may have recommended. Designa® does not employ these tradesmen but it is very important to us that they consistently deliver superior work for our customers.
